Build your cart on the site, enter your name, country, city and delivery details if needed, choose one contact method — WhatsApp or Telegram — and place the order on the website. The order is saved right away and gets a number; a manager then contacts you. WhatsApp/Telegram buttons after submit are for continuing the conversation, not for saving the order. Retail prices are in SAR; payment is agreed with the manager after the order is confirmed.
The storefront shows retail prices in Saudi riyals (SAR). Goods total is visible in the cart, delivery is confirmed by a manager, and payment is agreed after the order is confirmed.
Medina: delivery is available; in some areas or drop points it may be free depending on address, time and route — otherwise the manager confirms the cost. Other Saudi cities, Russia and international destinations are possible — method, timing and cost are confirmed by the manager before the order is confirmed. No fixed rates are listed on the site.
After you place the order on the site, a manager confirms availability and packing, then gives an indicative dispatch time for your destination. We do not publish guaranteed lead times — they depend on the item and the route.
Eco Arabia goods are produced in Egypt from natural materials. The brand is also present in Medina, so clients can reach us directly. The composition of each item is on the pack label; we do not itemise formulas on the website.
Published quality documents appear on the Quality page — only files we have uploaded and released. Certification for a specific item, including halal, is confirmed with your request. We do not state on the site what is not in those published documents.
Shelf life is printed on the pack of the specific batch. Storage conditions are on the label. With your request, a manager can confirm the current details for the item you chose.
